Discreet Brown-Box Shipping

You can shop with ease and tranquility knowing that your items will be shipped in a plain brown box to your home, with no identifiable markings on the box. No promotional material will be printed on the box, this ensures your privacy.

Processing and Shipping Time

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after we receive your order, this is our processing time for your order. Economy orders are shipped by USPS and their usual delivery time is anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.

If you prefer delivery by UPS or another method, you will have the option to select an alternative shipping method during the checkout process.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Since orders come and get processed as in order they are received.

International – Canada

UPS Standard Shipping – Starts at a low cost of $19.95 (USD)

Government taxes/duties are not included in international shipping charges to Canada, there may be Customs delays also which would alter delivery times.

International – Other Countries

Expedited Shipping – Starts at a low cost of $59.95 (USD) for most countries

Government taxes/duties are not included in international shipping charges. International shipping rates vary by country; you can see the rates during the checkout process or in the shopping cart. There is also a possible Customs handling fee on International orders, you would have to contact the courier directly since it varies from country to country.

Can I track my order?

We provide a tracking number for most domestic orders; however, some orders will not have a tracking number. International orders are sometimes issued a tracking number, there can be Customs delays on some international orders.

Backorder Items Shipping

If one or more of your items are back-ordered, they will be shipped separately at a later date via standard shipping. If an item goes out of stock, we will notify you of the status. We will not charge you extra to ship a back-ordered item; however, there might be a two-month waiting period while you get the items back in stock.
